Shop Credit & Giveaways

We love treating our customers! To help us continue offering exciting giveaways and rewards, please note the following regarding shop credit.

• Minimum Spend: Shop credit may be applied to orders with a minimum subtotal of $30.
• Exclusions: Credit applies to the item costs only and cannot be used toward shipping or taxes.
• Stacking: No rep codes can be added when using Shop Credit.

Shipping & Handling

All orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days. You will recieve tracking via email as soon as your label is printed. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

As a small shop, our inventory moves fast! All items purchased using Shop Credit or during a clearance sale are final sale. For non-final sale orders, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached. If the order was a pre-order item, you can get Shop Credit. If items are incorrect, you can get a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

Accidents happen during transit! If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the packaging and the product at eviemaesboutique@gmail.com with you Order # within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
